  • How Much Should I Expect to Pay for KYGEVVI™ (doxecitine and doxribtimine)?

The list price1 of KYGEVVI is $16,438.50 per carton, but the amount you will pay will largely depend on your health plan coverage.

KYGEVVI is a prescription medicine in powder form and packaged in individual packets. The powder should be dissolved in water to prepare the oral solution and taken 3 times a day with food. KYGEVVI dosing is weight-based, therefore your healthcare provider will prescribe the required number of KYGEVVI packets based on your weight. How much you pay will depend on the number or packets your healthcare provider has prescribed for you.

UCB is committed to patient access and is offering ONWARD®, our patient support program, to help support  the process of getting eligible patients started on their prescribed therapy. With ONWARD®, each patient will be assessed at the individual level to understand their coverage and explain potential financial assistance options that could help. ONWARD® is provided as a service of UCB and is intended to support the appropriate use of UCB medicines. Some program and eligibility restrictions may apply.

Please see the full Prescribing Information and Patient Information Leaflet for KYGEVVI.

    I Have Medicaid Coverage

For most people who have Medicaid coverage, prescription drugs like KYGEVVI cost $5.15 and $10.30 per month3. Some states eliminate the copay requirements altogether.

To find out if you qualify for Medicaid, or for more information about copayments in your state, please refer to the Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) Overview.

I Don’t Have Insurance or KYGEVVI Is Not Covered By My Insurance Plan

For more information, please contact ONWARD® at 1-844-669-2731 or visit www.UCBOnward.com.

ONWARD® is provided as a service of UCB and is intended to support the appropriate use of UCB medicines. Some program and eligibility restrictions may apply.

I Have a Health Plan Through an Employer or Private Individual Policy

What you pay for KYGEVVI will depend on your prescription drug coverage. Plans can have different out-of-pocket amounts, and most include an annual deductible and out-of-pocket maximum.

If you haven’t met your deductible, you may see higher amounts until the deductible and/or out-of-pocket maximum is met; at which point, your out-of-pocket cost should decrease.

    I Have Medicare Coverage

If you have enrolled in a Medicare Advantage Plan or a standalone Part D Plan, your out-of-pocket costs can vary based on the pharmacy benefit design you are in.4

As of 2025, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services have made changes to Medicare Part D plans to improve affordability, including allowing people with Medicare to spread their prescription drug costs throughout the year. To find out more, visit the CMS Medicare Changes website.
