Mark Morgan
President and Head of U.S. Operations
Mark Morgan is President and Head of U.S. Operations for UCB, overseeing UCB’s operational activities in the United States, including market access, corporate affairs, ecosystem engagement, and operational excellence. He works across the healthcare ecosystem to create value for patients.
Before joining UCB, Mark held numerous leadership roles across healthcare, most recently as the SVP of Market Access & Health System Partnerships at GRAIL. Mark has three decades of leadership experience within health plans, including SVP of Consumer Markets and Network Management at Blue Shield of California and as the President of Anthem Blue Cross in California. He also held roles at Amgen in market access and establishing the U.S. Value-Based Partnership model.
Outside of UCB, Mark has served on the boards of many organizations in the healthcare space, including Cal Chamber, the California Association of Health Plans, PriMed, Centre for Neuro Skills, Angle Health, and more. This experience enhances his ability to bridge the ecosystem to create value.
Mark holds an MBA in business management from Pepperdine University. An avid cyclist and musician, he resides with his family in Tennessee.
