  • Todd Peterson, Head of U.S. Epilepsy and Rare Syndromes


    Todd Peterson current serves as UCB’s Head of U.S. Epilepsy and Rare Syndromes at UCB. In this role, he is responsible for leading the company’s strategic efforts to advance care and drive innovation for patients living with epilepsy and rare syndromes. He oversees cross-functional teams focused on delivering meaningful solutions, strengthening partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem, and addressing unmet patient needs.

    Previously, Todd served as Head of Immunology Ecosystem Strategic Partnerships, U.S., where he provided strategic leadership to build and expand partnerships with large and influential healthcare organizations. His work focused on closing gaps in care and improving outcomes for patients in rheumatology and dermatology.

    Before that, Todd was Head of Bone, U.S., where he partnered with the Amgen leadership team to ensure alignment in delivering value for patients. In that role, he built and led a high-performing team of strategic marketers and field key account managers dedicated to advancing solutions for osteoporosis patients and healthcare systems.

    Todd brings more than 25 years of experience at UCB, spanning roles in sales, sales leadership, operations, and marketing. He holds a degree from Michigan State University and lives in Atlanta with his wife and two sons.
