    Alireza Meysami, MD

    Dr. Meysami is a recognized leader in Rheumatology, serving as the Division Head at Henry Ford Health System, and Associate Professor of Medicine at both Michigan State University and Wayne State University. A Dartmouth-trained scholar, he established the IgG-4 RD Clinic, the MSK Ultrasound Clinic and several multidisciplinary clinics at Henry Ford after joining in 2012. Board-certified in Internal Medicine, Rheumatology, and Musculoskeletal Ultrasound, he also holds a Certified Physician Executive (CPE) certification and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts.

    Dr. Meysami is actively involved in key medical organizations, including the American College of Rheumatology, Wayne County Medical Society of Southeast Michigan, and Michigan Rheumatism Society. He has an impressive academic portfolio with numerous abstracts, peer-reviewed papers, and national presentations, and he mentors the next generation of rheumatologists through his research projects at Henry Ford.
