Established in 2017 with a vision to grow top regulatory talent for the future, the fellowship, a collaboration with the Industry Pharmacists Organization (IPhO), is a 2-year rotational program located at UCB’s Atlanta campus. It is designed to provide PharmD graduates with the opportunity to learn and experience all aspects of regulatory affairs under the mentorship of experienced preceptors.

Throughout the program, fellows will develop the necessary competencies to succeed as a regulatory professional, and will also gain additional insights through a four-month elective rotation in an area outside of regulatory. We invite all candidates who have the desire to work at a biopharmaceutical company with a focus on patient value, innovation and agility, and commitment to staff development to apply.

Want to know more about the fellow experience? Meet one of our current fellows, Tanya Chaudhri:

Tanya was drawn to the program because of the various rotational opportunities provided within regulatory and the elective rotation. When asked how the program has impacted her, she shared the Fellowship has strengthened her personal vision and professional ability towards building a successful career in regulatory affairs. Along with providing a landscape for development and applying skills globally, she says her experience has helped her grow professionally and that she has been continuously supported and mentored by leaders who are devoted to her success.

The Regulatory Affairs Fellowship at UCB offers a unique opportunity to work in an environment that is patient focused, creative, flexible, and agile, with an exciting and promising pipeline. The support of fellowship leadership and preceptors, coupled with the unique combination of rotations and experiences, helps to ensure the success of fellows, developing them to be best-in-class regulatory professionals who are ready for a career in a variety of settings.
